  Lauren who served us at counter was unbelievably supportive and very patient with my coeliac/gluten intolerance. She elaborately ran us through all the dietary information and was very warm/welcoming. She took every precaution possible to make sure we had a great experience according to my dietary restrictions. Thanks Five Guys!

  Regulars in here, pleasant staff, hot fresh food and great milkshakes. It can get a bit busy in here sometimes but only have to wait a few mins for a table to become available. Wished five guys did a loyalty stamp for free food for regulars.

  The worst 5 guys Iv ever had! Burger was freezing and the chips were undercooked! Drinks machine didn’t have any ice and the drinks were coming out WARM told a member of staff and she told someone else who just shrugged her shoulders??? £5 for a warm drink and at no point were we offered an alternative drink from the fridge?? £35 worth of pure disappointment! I will not be returning.
